40 Days of RAW

For lent this year, I decided to go on the raw food diet. My recent dietary goals include eating more fruits and vegetables and not snacking so much. The Raw Food Diet will definitely help with that. I look forward to the increased health benefits. Mostly, I am curious to see if I will feel more energized. I am in no means a food or nutrition expert, so I'm not recommending any of my postings as complete meal plans.
