Day 3
Breakfast:
Herbal Tea Smoothie with dried goji berries, chamomile tea, cashews, cacao powder, and nutmeg. This was gross, but I forced it down. The goji berries and cashews settled at the bottom and the consistency was very thin. My co-worker said it looked like barf and my students couldn't believe I was drinking this odd concoction. I won't be making this one again!
Lunch:
More leftover Thai Coleslaw. It was so good I didn't mind eating it again! Plus an apple.
Dinner:
Raw Zucchini Pasta round two. I also made Marinated Kale and Avocado Salad on Day 2. I wasn't really a fan because I found it to be very salty. I will try making it again with some modifications since kale is a Superfood!
Snack: LaraBar
