Day 2Breakfast:
Vanilla Almond Milk Smoothie with pears, banana, cherries, and nutmeg. This was different, probably because of the nutmeg, but I would make it again.
Lunch:
Leftover Thai Coleslaw, orange, homemade Cherry Pie LaraBar
Dinner:
Raw Pasta with Tomato Marinara
Zucchini noodles with sun-dried tomato, tomato, red bell pepper, garlic, and parsley marinara. So good! I will definitely be making this again.
is the marinara heated at all? I know that may be a silly question but I am new to the raw diet
ReplyDeleteNot a silly question! The marinara is not heated at all. The raw diet is uncooked food, or food heated to below 115 degrees. The blender will slightly heat liquids, such as sauces and soups, but I don't find it necessary. Enjoy! :)
